Samantha Michelle is an artist from Evansville, Indiana. Her passion for singing began at a very young age. She grew up to participate locally in vocal competitions and performing in community theater with D’alto Studio. Eventually, she found her way to guitar and began songwriting. You can expect to hear a mixture of folk and indie covers as well as originals of her own. She is inspired by the work of Leonard Cohen, John Prine, and Maggie Rodgers. For her, writing lyrics is one of her truest forms of vulnerability. She hopes that she can create music and an atmosphere that others feel connected to, as well.
